In the heart of a bustling Indian town nestled between Shivalik foothills and bustling city, a small corner shop named Majestic Momos opened its doors on a chilling February evening in 2021. It all began with a crazy idea to provide everyone's favorite snack with some twists and above all healthy & hygienic. Started with a lot of research using authentic Himalayan recipe using hand-ground spices and a secret chutney made of tomatoes, sesame seeds, and dried red chilies - a sauce that could wake the dead.
The menu was extensive: steamed veg momos, chicken momos, and paneer momos with lots of fusions each hand-folded with precision and served with that legendary fiery chutney. The first few days were quiet. But then came a food blogger, a college kid with a taste for street food who wrote: "These momos slap harder than heartbreak. Go now".
Within days, orders started flowing. By summer, people were loving the taste and quality. Majestic Momos became more than a food outlet - it was a community. Students came to enjoy over tandoori momos, couples had first dates, office-goers rushed in during lunch breaks, and travelers made detours just to try "those momos with magic sauce".
Today, Majestic Momos has two branches and counting. We still personally fold the momos for the day, prepare tons of our magic sauce and various Chinese items. Because Majestic Momos isn't just about dumplings, it's about dreaming big and the flavor of home in every bite.
